Wallet & Payments: We maintain records of your platform wallet balance, top-up transactions, and purchase history. Payment processing is conducted by certified, licensed payment gateways (such as Paymob). Mo3lamak does not store raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

Support Inquiries: When opening a support ticket, we collect the subject, category, message, and any troubleshooting attachments you provide.

Technical & Security Data: We collect standard technical information including browser user-agent, IP address, and encrypted session identifiers to secure accounts and prevent unauthorized access.

Service Delivery: Creating accounts, authenticating users via OTP, granting access to purchased educational courses, and tracking learning progress.

Educational Context: Course teachers can view enrolled students' names, lesson progress, and assessment scores. Invited assistants have access only to tasks assigned by their teacher and never have access to wallet or revenue data.

Authorized Service Providers: We share limited necessary data with vetted partners for payment processing (Paymob), media streaming, and transactional email verification delivery.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or official governmental authorities, or to protect the safety and rights of the platform and its users.

No Sale of Data: We never sell or rent users' personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Mo3lamak serves diverse academic levels. Students under the age of 18 must use the platform, top up wallet balances, and purchase courses with the consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian.
