Terms and Conditions of Use

Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements or use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian if under 18 years of age.

Authentication & Security: Access to the platform is authorized via one-time passcodes (OTP) dispatched to your registered email. You are responsible for safeguarding your email account and maintaining the confidentiality of your session.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful details when completing your profile (full name, phone number) and keep your details current.

Personal Educational License: Purchasing a course grants the student a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream the educational materials exclusively through Mo3lamak for personal study.

Prohibition on Redistribution: Screen recording, downloading, copying, public broadcasting, reselling, or disseminating course materials through external channels without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Copyright Violations: Infringement of educational content or copyright will result in immediate account termination without refund, without prejudice to all legal remedies available to the Platform and instructors.

Wallet Balances: Users may top up their platform wallet balance in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) using licensed electronic payment gateways (such as Paymob). Course prices are displayed in EGP and tracked internally in piastres (100 piastres = 1 EGP).

Purchasing: Course fees are deducted from available wallet funds immediately upon student confirmation, providing immediate access to the curriculum.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital learning materials, course purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted, unless a verified technical failure solely attributable to the platform prevented access.

Teacher Verification: Teacher accounts undergo administrative verification and review. Mo3lamak reserves the right to accept, reject, or suspend teacher accounts that do not comply with academic and safety standards.

Content Responsibility: Teachers warrant that all uploaded videos, quizzes, and files are their original works or properly licensed, and comply with applicable laws and educational standards.

Assistant Roles: Assistants are invited directly by their supervising teacher. Assistant responsibilities are restricted to educational and grading tasks. Assistants possess no financial permissions and cannot access teacher wallet or revenue data.

Respectful Communication: Users agree to communicate respectfully across support tickets and platform interactions. Harassment, abuse, or offensive conduct is strictly forbidden.

Platform Integrity: You may not use automated tools (crawlers, bots) or attempt to bypass security measures or exploit application APIs outside of normal authorized use.

Platform IP: Mo3lamak branding, logos, software, design, and user interfaces are the proprietary property of Mo3lamak and protected under applicable copyright and trademark legislation.

Course Ownership: Intellectual property rights in course lessons and instructional materials remain with their respective authors in accordance with instructor agreements.

Mo3lamak reserves the authority to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, participate in fraud, or compromise platform integrity, and pursue legal proceedings where warranted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts in Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
